Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical assistance via chat, email, and phone to US-based clients.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and advocate for customer needs to the product team.
- Ensure adherence to daily pay schedules and strict response time SLAs.
- Conduct remote training sessions for new customers on platform features.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Must reside within the United States.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
