Responsibilities
- Provide superior technical assistance and troubleshooting for customers via phone, chat, and email during designated weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software connectivity issues for remote work environments.
- Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and technical issues accurately in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex technical problems and suggest product improvements.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adhere to company service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct regular system checks to ensure remote access tools are functioning optimally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common business software applications.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Flexibility to work weekends (e.g., Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Sunday) as required by business needs.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
