Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and operating system errors.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on product usability.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new support staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
