- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive patient/client information
- Format and edit transcripts according to client specifications
- Meet daily/weekly production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize digital transcription software and audio enhancement tools
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Participate in ongoing quality assurance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proficiency in medical/legal terminology and documentation
- Exceptional typing speed (80+ WPM) with 98% accuracy
- High-speed internet connection and noise-free workspace
- Mastery of ExpressScribe or similar transcription software
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
