- Utilize Express Scribe and other transcription software for efficient workflow
- Research and clarify technical terminology using specialized glossaries
- Format documents according to client specifications (MS Word, PDF)
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Participate in quarterly quality assurance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 75+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with medical/legal terminology and industry standards
- Proficiency in Express Scribe, MS Word, and cloud platforms
- Quiet home office environment with reliable high-speed internet
- Ability to manage deadlines in a remote team setting
- US citizenship or authorized work permit required
