- Transcribe audio recordings with 98%+ accuracy across diverse industries
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client data
- Format transcripts according to client specifications (e.g., verbatim, clean verbatim)
- Utilize professional transcription software and foot pedals efficiently
- Meet daily/weekly turnaround deadlines without compromising quality
- Self-manage workload and communicate proactively with project leads
- Perform quality reviews and edit drafts for clarity and consistency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional transcription experience
- Exceptional English grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
- Ability to transcribe 80+ words per minute with high accuracy
- Proficient in ExpressScribe or equivalent transcription software
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Experience with medical/legal terminology preferred
- Flexible availability to accommodate varying workloads
