Responsibilities
- Transcribe medical dictation with 99%+ accuracy across diverse specialties
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols for patient data confidentiality
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize advanced editing software to refine transcripts
- Collaborate with quality assurance team for continuous improvement
- Manage document formatting and electronic health records (EHR) integration

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years medical transcription experience
- Credential: Registered Healthcare Documentation Specialist (RHDS) preferred
- Proficient in ExpressScribe, Dragon, or similar transcription software
- Typing speed: 85+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Expert knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Exceptional grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
