- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client data
- Format documents according to client specifications (AMA/APA/Chicago)
- Research and clarify unclear terminology using specialized references
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining consistent quality standards
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and consistency

Qualifications
- 3+ years professional transcription experience
- Minimum 80 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in medical/legal terminology (CMT/RMT preferred)
