- Transcribe medical/legal/audio recordings with 98%+ accuracy
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA compliance
- Meet daily/weekly productivity targets (60-120 minutes per audio hour)
- Format documents using client-specific style guides
- Proofread transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and consistency
- Utilize digital foot pedals and transcription software
- Communicate clearly with quality assurance team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year transcription experience (medical/legal preferred)
- Exceptional typing speed (65+ WPM) with high accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office and transcription software (ExpressScribe, etc.)
- Excellent command of English grammar and punctuation
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
