- Transcribe medical/legal/audio recordings with 99%+ accuracy
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive patient data
- Format documents according to client specifications (e.g., AAMT, BOS)
- Utilize advanced transcription software and digital tools
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with QA team for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proficiency in medical terminology (CPC or CCS preferred)
- Minimum 85 WPM typing speed with 99% accuracy
- Familiarity with ExpressScribe, Dragon, or similar platforms
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office
- Ability to handle confidential materials with discretion
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends as needed
