- Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with editors and clients to resolve inconsistencies and clarify content
- Utilize specialized transcription software and research tools for complex terminology
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance when handling sensitive medical/legal information
- Submit weekly productivity reports and maintain organized digital workspaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience with verifiable samples
- Exceptional typing speed (80+ WPM) and 100% accuracy in English grammar
- Familiarity with transcription platforms (e.g., Express Scribe, Otter.ai)
- Medical or legal terminology certification preferred
