- Adhere to strict HIPAA and confidentiality protocols for sensitive client data
- Utilize advanced transcription software and AI-assisted editing tools
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with editors to refine complex terminology and industry jargon
- Participate in continuous training for emerging transcription technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proficiency in medical/legal terminology (CCHI/CMT preferred)
- Typing speed of 85+ WPM with exceptional accuracy
- Fluency in English with strong grammar/punctuation skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work PST hours with flexible scheduling
- Familiarity with ExpressScribe and Dragon NaturallySpeaking
