- Meet daily/weekly production targets while maintaining 98%+ accuracy
- Perform quality reviews and edit transcripts for clarity/grammar
- Collaborate with editors to resolve ambiguous terminology
- Utilize foot pedals and transcription software efficiently
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional transcription experience (medical/legal preferred)
- Exceptional English grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills
- Ability to type 80+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with Express Scribe, Dragon, or similar software
- Quiet, dedicated home office with reliable high-speed internet
- Strong time management and deadline adherence
- Professional certification (CMT/RMT) or equivalent experience
