- Transcribe diverse audio recordings (medical, legal, general) with 99%+ accuracy
- Adhere to strict formatting guidelines and client-specific style requirements
- Meet daily/weekly production quotas while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize advanced transcription software and noise-reduction tools
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and factual consistency
- Collaborate with QA team to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 85+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with medical/legal terminology (specialty experience a plus)
- Proficiency in ExpressScribe, Dragon, or similar transcription software
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
