Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio recordings with 98%+ accuracy across medical, legal, and corporate sectors
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Utilize our proprietary transcription software and AI-enhanced editing tools
- Meet tight deadlines with consistent daily output (60+ minutes of audio)
- Format documents according to client specifications (APA, legal briefs, SOAP notes)
- Perform quality reviews and self-editing for grammar, punctuation, and terminology
- Collaborate with QA team to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience (medical/legal preferred)
- Proven typing speed of 85+ WPM with exceptional accuracy
- Expertise in medical terminology, legal jargon, or industry-specific vocabulary
