- Accurately transcribe medical dictations from diverse specialties into electronic health records

- Proofread and edit transcriptions for grammar, spelling, and medical terminology accuracy
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining 98%+ accuracy rate
- Utilize digital transcription software and productivity tools efficiently
- Communicate with QA team for clarification on unclear dictations
- Stay updated on evolving medical terminology and documentation standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CMT/RMT certification preferred
- Minimum 65 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in medical terminology and anatomy/physiology
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) and transcription software
- Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office environment
