- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining 98.5%+ accuracy
- Format documents according to client specifications
- Perform quality self-reviews before submission
- Utilize advanced transcription software efficiently
- Collaborate with editors to resolve complex terminology
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 85+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Expert knowledge of medical terminology (CPC/CERT preferred)
- Proficiency in ExpressScribe or equivalent software
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
- Strong attention to detail and grammar mastery
- US citizenship or valid work authorization required
