- Utilize specialized transcription software and foot pedals efficiently
- Communicate proactively with team leads for clarification needs
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for completed work
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 80+ WPM with exceptional accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Express Scribe or equivalent software
- Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and medical/legal terminology
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize tasks
- Flexible schedule availability including occasional weekend/evening shifts
