- Meet daily productivity targets (60-90 minutes audio/day)
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar/punctuation
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Utilize digital tools for research and terminology
- Communicate proactively with project coordinators
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- 60+ WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office & Express Scribe
- Excellent command of English grammar/punctuation
- Reliable high-speed internet & noise-free workspace
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
- Experience with medical/legal terminology preferred
