Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe complex medical dictation across specialties
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols for patient data security
- Utilize proprietary speech recognition editing tools
- Maintain 98.5% accuracy in final transcripts
- Meet daily production quotas (100+ minutes/hour)
- Format documents according to client-specific guidelines
- Collaborate with quality assurance team for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verifiable medical transcription experience
- Credential (CMT/RMT) or equivalent certification required
- Proficient in MS Office and EHR systems
- Exceptional grammar, spelling, and medical terminology knowledge
- Ability to type 85+ WPM with 100% accuracy
- High-speed internet connection and noise-free workspace
- Available for evening/weekend shifts on rotational basis
