- Adhere to client-specific formatting guidelines
- Meet daily productivity targets (avg. 2-3 hours audio/day)
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar/spelling
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive materials
- Utilize digital foot pedals and noise-canceling equipment
- Collaborate with editors to resolve inconsistencies
Qualifications
- Minimum 65 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Express Scribe, oTranscribe, or similar
- Experience with legal/medical terminology preferred
