- Transcribe medical/legal/audio recordings with 99%+ accuracy
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA compliance
- Meet daily turnaround deadlines using our cloud-based platform
- Format documents according to client specifications (MS Word/PDF)
- Perform quality self-reviews before submission
- Collaborate with editors to resolve unclear terminology
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Minimum 80 words-per-minute typing speed
- Proficiency in medical/legal terminology (specialty bonus)
- Fluent English with exceptional grammar/punctuation
- Reliable high-speed internet and noise-free workspace
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with ExpressScribe/InqScribe software preferred
