- Transcribe audio/video recordings with 99%+ accuracy and adherence to client formatting guidelines
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining strict confidentiality protocols
- Utilize our proprietary transcription software with AI-assisted editing tools
- Perform quality reviews and self-editing to eliminate errors before submission
- Adapt to diverse content types including legal depositions, medical dictations, and corporate meetings
- Participate in ongoing training for industry-specific terminology and emerging formats
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience with verifiable references
- Proficient typing speed of 75+ words per minute with exceptional accuracy
- Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and medical/legal terminology
- Reliable high-speed internet and noise-free remote workspace
