- Adhere strictly to HIPAA compliance protocols and client-specific formatting guidelines
- Manage turnaround times while maintaining quality standards for high-volume cases
- Utilize advanced transcription software and digital research tools efficiently
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams for continuous improvement
- Self-direct workload to meet daily/weekly production targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years medical transcription experience with EHR system proficiency
- Certified Healthcare Documentation Specialist (CHDS) or equivalent required
- Exceptional typing speed (85+ WPM) and 100% attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and pharmacology
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office setup
