- Transcribe audio/video recordings with 99%+ accuracy across medical, legal, and corporate domains
- Adhere strictly to client-specific formatting guidelines and confidentiality protocols
- Utilize advanced transcription software to deliver polished, timestamped documents
- Perform quality self-reviews to ensure grammatical precision and terminology consistency
- Manage deadlines efficiently through our streamlined project management portal
- Collaborate with editors to resolve complex terminology challenges
- Maintain HIPAA compliance for all healthcare documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience with verifiable samples
- Exceptional typing speed (80+ WPM) with error-free accuracy
- Proficiency in industry-standard transcription tools (Express Scribe, NCH etc.)
- Deep knowledge of medical terminology or legal/jargon (specify preferred)
