- Format documents according to client specifications and style guides
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining 98%+ accuracy
- Utilize specialized transcription software and voice recognition tools
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding document requirements
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and feedback sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proficiency in 65+ WPM typing with exceptional accuracy
- Familiarity with medical/legal terminology (specialized training provided)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and style
- Ability to manage deadlines in a remote work environment
- Experience with ExpressScribe or equivalent transcription software
- Certification in transcription or medical terminology preferred
