Responsibilities

- Proofread and edit transcripts to ensure high-quality grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Adhere to strict formatting guidelines and client specifications for each assignment.
- Maintain a consistent typing speed and meet daily productivity goals.
- Submit completed work within the designated turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all client audio and text data.
