Responsibilities
- Convert audio recordings into clear, accurate, and formatted text documents.
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
- Adhere to strict formatting guidelines and client-specific requirements.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality assurance targets.
- Manage file uploads and downloads securely within our secure platform.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding project updates or technical issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional transcription training is a plus.
- Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace and high-speed internet connection.
- Exceptional listening skills and the ability to distinguish between different accents and audio quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and file management systems.
- Ability to type accurately at a minimum of 60 WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
