Responsibilities
- Listen to audio files and transcribe content with high accuracy and speed.
- Proofread and edit transcriptions to ensure grammar, spelling, and punctuation are correct.
- Adhere to specific style guides and client requirements for formatting and terminology.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding audio quality and technical issues.
- Meet daily and weekly production quotas efficiently and consistently.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client data and reports.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in transcription (Medical or Legal transcription is highly preferred).
- Exceptional typing speed (minimum 60 WPM required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general transcription software.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and punctuation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adhere to deadlines.
