- Transcribe medical/legal/audio recordings with 98%+ accuracy
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards
- Meet daily productivity targets (60+ minutes audio/hour)
- Format documents according to client specifications
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar/spelling errors
- Utilize digital transcription software and foot pedals
- Submit completed work through secure cloud platforms
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional transcription experience
- Exceptional typing speed (75+ WPM) and accuracy
- Proficiency in digital transcription tools (ExpressScribe, etc.)
- Medical terminology knowledge preferred
- High-speed internet connection and quiet workspace
- Ability to manage deadlines independently
- Excellent command of English grammar/punctuation
