Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio/video recordings into accurate, professionally formatted documents
- Ensure 99%+ accuracy in medical terminology, legal jargon, and technical vocabulary
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Meet daily transcription quotas while maintaining quality standards
- Format documents according to client specifications (APA, AMA, etc.)
- Utilize specialized transcription software and editing tools
- Collaborate with quality assurance team for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proficiency in medical/legal terminology or relevant specialized field
- Minimum 85 words-per-minute typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Exceptional command of English grammar and punctuation
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
