Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio/video recordings with 98%+ accuracy across diverse industries
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Utilize specialized transcription software (ExpressScribe, oTranscribe) for efficient workflow
- Research and resolve unclear terminology through industry-specific resources
- Format documents according to client specifications (legal, medical, technical)
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality benchmarks
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proficiency in 80+ WPM typing with exceptional grammar/punctuation skills
- Familiarity with medical/legal terminology (AAMT/CMT certification preferred)
- Reliable high-speed internet and noise-free home workspace
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with strong time management
- Advanced computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
