- Communicate with QA team for clarification and quality improvement

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven 60+ WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA compliance
- Proficiency in Express Scribe or equivalent transcription software
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Strong command of English grammar and punctuation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including occasional weekends
