- Transcribe complex medical dictation with 99%+ accuracy across specialties
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols for patient data security
- Format documents according to client-specific style guides
- Research and clarify medical terminology using approved resources
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with QA team for continuous quality improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years medical transcription experience
- Credential (CMT, RHDS) or equivalent training preferred
- Exceptional command of medical terminology and grammar
- Ability to type 80+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Proficiency in ExpressScribe or similar transcription software
- Quiet home office with reliable high-speed internet
- Available for flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
