Responsibilities
- Transcribe medical reports, discharge summaries, and clinical notes with 99%+ accuracy
- Adhere to strict HIPAA compliance protocols for patient data security
- Utilize EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) and speech recognition software
- Verify and edit transcriptions for clinical accuracy and proper formatting
- Meet daily production quotas while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve unclear dictations
- Stay updated on medical terminology and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional medical transcription experience
- Credential: Registered Healthcare Documentation Specialist (RHDS) or CMT

- Minimum 80 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
