In this role, you will be responsible for converting audio recordings into accurate and polished text documents. You will work with a variety of industries, including medical and legal, ensuring that all data is transcribed with the highest level of precision and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
- Listen to audio recordings and convert them into clear, accurate text documents using industry-standard software.
- Proofread and edit transcripts to ensure proper grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting.
- Adhere to strict client deadlines and quality assurance guidelines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data security standards at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding complex assignments or queries.
- Continuously update transcription skills and stay current with industry terminology.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in transcription (medical or general) with a proven track record of accuracy.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 60 WPM preferred).
- Excellent command of the English language, including grammar and spelling.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Word and transcription-specific software (e.g., Express Scribe).
