- Perform quality assurance checks including grammar, punctuation, and medical terminology validation
- Meet daily turnaround deadlines while maintaining 98%+ accuracy standards
- Collaborate with editors and quality control teams for continuous improvement
- Manage digital file organization and secure data transmission protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience with verifiable portfolio
- Proficiency in 80+ WPM typing with 98%+ accuracy rate
- Expertise in medical terminology (CPC/COC certification preferred)
- Mastery of industry-standard transcription software and audio enhancement tools
- Ability to handle diverse accents and challenging audio conditions
