Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe medical dictation across diverse specialties including radiology, cardiology, and pathology
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols for all patient data handling
- Maintain 98.5%+ accuracy in transcription with timely turnaround
- Utilize EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) for seamless documentation integration
- Collaborate with quality assurance team for continuous improvement
- Manage confidential patient information with utmost discretion

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verifiable medical transcription experience
- Credential: Registered Healthcare Documentation Specialist (RHDS) or CMT preferred
- Exceptional typing speed (minimum 85 WPM) with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in medical terminology (anatomy, physiology, pharmacology)
