- Proofread and edit transcripts to ensure zero errors in spelling, punctuation, and syntax.
- Adhere strictly to client-specific formatting guidelines and style guides.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data security standards in all communications.
- Manage daily transcription quotas and meet urgent deadlines without compromising quality.
- Utilize industry-standard transcription software and hardware effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in transcription or a strong portfolio demonstrating high accuracy.
- Excellent command of the English language, including advanced grammar and vocabulary.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 65 WPM).
- Experience with speech-to-text software (e.g., Dragon NaturallySpeaking) or transcription foot pedals.
- High-speed, reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
