- Utilize specialized transcription software and quality control tools
- Collaborate with editors to resolve unclear terminology or audio challenges
- Maintain detailed logs of work completed and quality metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience in healthcare or legal fields
- Proficiency in medical terminology, legal jargon, or industry-specific vocabulary
- Typing speed of 80+ words per minute with exceptional accuracy
- Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and editing skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
