- Transcribe audio recordings with 99%+ accuracy across medical, legal, and general business domains
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA compliance standards
- Format documents according to client specifications (MS Word, PDF, etc.)
- Meet daily/weekly production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize advanced transcription software and digital foot pedals efficiently
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams for continuous improvement
- Participate in ongoing training for new industry terminology and tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 75+ WPM with exceptional accuracy
- Familiarity with medical/legal terminology (certification preferred)
