- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA compliance standards
- Utilize advanced transcription software and AI-assisted tools for efficient processing
- Research and verify specialized terminology to ensure contextual precision
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining consistent quality standards
- Collaborate with editors to resolve discrepancies and refine final transcripts
- Continuously update knowledge base on industry-specific terminology
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a professional transcriptionist (minimum 2 years)
- Exceptional typing speed (85+ WPM) with impeccable grammar/punctuation
