- Listen to audio recordings and transcribe them into written text with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Proofread and edit transcripts to ensure they are free from grammatical errors, punctuation mistakes, and formatting issues.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards at all times.
- Utilize specific medical or legal terminology correctly to ensure the integrity of the documentation.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Medical Transcription or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional transcription experience (Medical, Legal, or General).
- Exceptional typing skills with a minimum speed of 60 WPM and high accuracy rate.
- Proficiency in using medical transcription software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
