Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize a complex calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements with precision.
- Handle all incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and live chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Conduct market research and prepare detailed reports, presentations, and data summaries for senior leadership.
- Oversee social media channels, curating content and engaging with the audience to boost brand visibility.
- Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, updating project boards, and facilitating team communication.
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing, using QuickBooks or similar tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively.
