Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, inquiries, and correspondence with a professional tone.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including calendar management and sending calendar invites.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and compile reports to assist in strategic planning.
- Assist with social media management, including content scheduling and community engagement.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records in our CRM and database systems.
- Handle travel arrangements and expense reporting for the executive team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-2 years minimum) as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private workspace.
