Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.

- Collaborate with the support team to identify and resolve recurring issues or process improvements.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).

- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday).
