Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during weekend shifts.
- Resolve technical issues and provide product support with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to identify recurring issues and improve service protocols.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Contribute to team meetings and training sessions on Saturday mornings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
