Responsibilities
- Resolve complex technical inquiries and troubleshoot software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed case histories in CRM systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate critical bugs and feature requests
- Conduct proactive customer outreach for product adoption and satisfaction
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through personalized support
- Train customers on new platform features and best practices
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical customer support experience in SaaS or software environments
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-first mindset
- Experience with CRM systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar)
- Available to work weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 8am-6pm MST)
- Proficient in remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification preferred
