- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers to resolve escalated technical challenges
- Proactively identify product improvement opportunities through customer feedback
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction scores through personalized support
- Adhere to SLA targets while maintaining thorough documentation standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years customer support experience in tech/IT environment
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and CRM platforms
- Strong diagnostic skills for software/hardware troubleshooting
- Exceptional written/verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability with reliable high-speed internet connection
