Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing questions, and product usage issues efficiently
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience processes
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training modules

Qualifications
